Our integrated editorial team works across all channels, covering the web, email, direct mail, on-screen EPG TV listings, IPTV browser and the On Vision customer magazine - enabling us to produce consistent and highly cost-effective merchandising messages.

We developed a sophisticated CRM strategy to create personalised monthly emails to all BT Vision customers. Creative is tailored according to each individual's subscription pack, allowing us to generate more than 70 unique combinations of content in an email which is dynamically assembled for every customer.
The bi-monthly On Vision customer magazine has been relaunched as an A5 listings title, with a clearer focus on providing 'reasons to watch' and delivering savings in print, production and mailing costs.
The BT Vision website has been re-designed to integrate with the rest of BT.com, and content is now shared across the web, on-screen EPG and BT’s innovative IPTV browser.
We works closely with BT to conceive and implement campaigns across all media, including the launch of ESPN to Vision customers and a hugely successful 1p film sale. All activity is monitored against BT's core strategic objectives – driving trial and frequency to increase revenues per user.
